Parks, Pathways & Lakes
Durbin Crossing celebrates Family, Fun & Nature!
Durbin Crossing offers residents the perfect blend of natural beauty and an abundance of parks, pathways and lakes.  The community was designed to inspire interaction and connectivity among residents.  From the tree-lined streets and layout of our neighborhoods, each embraced by pristine natural preserves, to the wide sidewalks that invite bikes, joggers, rollerbladers and Big Wheels.

This is an incredibly beautiful community with over 1,000 acres of conservation area, 39 lakes, 24.5 acres of passive parks and 36 acres of community parks. Residents find that the lifestyle in Durbin Crossing is unparalleled to any other community in beauty, intimacy and lifestyle.

More than half of the 2,000 acres that encompass Durbin Crossing have been left undisturbed for residents to enjoy, whether biking or hiking along the nature trails, taking the family pet to play fetch at the dog park, or playing a game of pick-up soccer in the community park with neighbors.
